You are hereby summoned to attend the meeting of the Plans Scrutiny Committee to be held on Tuesday, 31 March 2009 at 7.30pm in the Council Chamber, Council Offices, Skelmanthorpe to transact the following business:

At the beginning of the meeting, there will be an open session, lasting 15 minutes for members of the public to address Members in connection with planning applications to be considered at the meeting. This session allows both applicants and objectors to address Members.

6. Appeal by Against Refusal of Planning Application
To consider appeal by Mr G Parker against the refusal of planning application No. 2008/62/92110 for the erection of a barn for the storage of hay and straw at 1 Westfield Lane/Jagger Lane, Emley, to which the Parish Council did not object.
7. Local Development Framework
To approve Parish Council submission to consultation concerning Local Development Framework (to be tabled at meeting).
