To receive update on correspondence with Kirklees Council about the above planning application.
8. Relocation of Skatepark at Cross Lane
To receive correspondence from John Ritchie, Team Leader, Planning Services, Kirklees Council relating to the Council’s objection to the relocation of the skatepark and advising that the application is deemed as permitted development and thus the need for planning permission is unnecessary.
