At the commencement of the meeting, there will be an open session, lasting 15 minutes for members of the public to address Members in connection with planning applications to be considered at the meeting. This session allows both applicants and objectors to address Members.

6. Birdsedge Countryside Project
To receive correspondence concerning the establishment of the Birdsedge Countryside Project Charitable Trust.
7. Planning Appeal
To note appeal by Mr S Sellars against refusal of application No. 2007/60/91982.
8. Alternative Method of Considering Planning Applications
To give consideration to changing the procedures of the committee in relation to consideration of planning applications. (Clerk to report at meeting)
