At the meeting of the Council held on 2 December 2008, the Council adopted the above Model Publication Scheme as recommended by the Information Commissioner.

Statement of Duty under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000
Under the Race Relations (Amendment) Act 2000, the Parish Council has a general duty to have due regard to the need to eliminate unlawful discrimination, promote equality of opportunity and promote good relations between people of different racial groups.
