1513 Apologies for Absence
Reasons for absence were submitted by Cllrs Purkiss and Wilson.
RESOLVED that the reasons for absence submitted by all these Councillors be accepted as valid.

RESOLVED that there were no items requiring the exclusion of the press and public.
1515 Minutes
RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 26 January 2010 be received.
1516 Planning Notifications
Planning notifications were considered and observations made thereon.
1517 Planning Decisions
Planning decisions were considered and observations made thereon. Questions were raised about the refusal of Planning Application 2009/62/93294 since it was argued that a similar extension had reputedly been permitted to a dwelling three doors away
RESOLVED that the Clerk seek to establish the reasons for the discrepancy.
