Reasons for absence from the meeting were submitted from Cllrs E Shaw, A Stimson and N Wilson. It was RESOLVED that reasons for absence submitted by the above Councillors be accepted as valid reasons.
1281 Declarations of Councillors’ Interests
Cllrs T Sigsworth and S Simpson declared a personal interest in Item 6 Planning Application No 2009/62/91672 – Litherop Farm, Clayton West.

It was RESOLVED that there were no items requiring the exclusion of the press and public.
