To consider whether any items need to be taken in private session.

4. Maintenance of Hanging Baskets
To discuss request from supplier of hanging baskets for additional funds to pay for the maintenance of the hanging baskets as outlined in the attached report.
5. Emley Show
To discuss whether or not to proceed with sharing a stall at the Emley Show with Kirkburton Parish Council. The Clerk will report that if there are insufficient volunteers to enable the staff to be manned from 8am to 4.30pm, it will not be feasible to participate in the Show as agreed by the Council in November 2008.
