9. Councillor Vacancies To agree to fill the councillor vacancies in Emley and Clayton West Wards by co-option. 10. Communities in Control: Real People, Real Power, Codes of Conduct for Local Authority Members and Employees: A Consultation To give consideration to making a submission to the Department for Communities and Local Government consultation on the Code of Conduct. This item is deferred from the previous meeting and members are asked to bring the related documentation which was circulated with the November agenda.
11. Consultation: Publication of Candidates’ Addresses at UK Parliamentary Elections To give consideration to making a submission to the Ministry of Justice consultation about the publication of Parliamentary candidates’ addresses in nomination forms and on ballot papers (consultation document enclosed).
12. Consultation: Lowering the Voting Age To give consideration to making a submission to the Youth Citizenship Commission consultation about lowering the voting age (consultation document enclosed).
13. Times of Meetings To give consideration to changing the start times of the Plans Scrutiny and the Finance & General Purposes Committee meetings to 7pm in line with the full council meetings.
