NOTICE OF ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT –

 

The Annual Assembly of the Parish Meeting for the above-named Parish will be held at the Council Offices, Commercial Road, Skelmanthorpe, on Tuesday, the 16th Day of May, 2006, at 7.00 o’clock in the evening.

 

The business to be transacted at the Meeting will be as follows:

 

1.                  To approve, if agreed the minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting

 

2.                  Business arising from those minutes

 

3.                  To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council

 

4.                  To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council’s Community School Governors

 

5.                  To receive the observations of the District Councillors

 

6.                  To receive statements and reports from representatives of those voluntary organisations within the Parish whose membership includes official representatives of the Council

 

7.                  To consider any other resolution of which 14 clear days written notice has been given.
