1.                  To approve, if agreed, the minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting

2.                  Business arising from those minutes

3.                  To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council

4.                  To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council’s School Governors

5.                  To receive the observations of the District Councillors

6.                  To receive statements and reports from representatives of those voluntary organisations within the Parish whose membership includes official representatives of the Council

7.                  To consider any other resolution of which written notice has been given

8.                  Any other business
