To approve a revised risk assessment for 2008/9 (to be tabled at meeting)

8 Audit matters
8.1 Internal Audit: To receive a report on the internal audit.
8.2 External Audit: To receive a report on the external audit.

9. Report on grants awarded in 2007-2008
To receive a report on the grants which were awarded in 2007-2008 (enclosed)

10. Funding of Youth Projects
To receive a report on the funding of youth projects and to discuss whether to recall funding from the Clayton West Youth Initiative (enclosed)

11. Childcare Allowances
To consider payment of a childcare allowance to members (enclosed)
