To agree to minute the adoption of Paragraph 12(2) of the Code of Conduct which gives elected members with a prejudicial interest the same rights as members of the public to speak to a meeting on the issue, but then leave before the main discussion and the vote.

To receive a report on the Rural Development Programme for England Leader Funding.
