To receive an update report from the Working Party and to note correspondence from Stagecoach confirming that negotiations are taking place with Arriva regarding the potential sale of the Huddersfield operation but pointing out that timescales are currently not known.

To agree items for the agenda of and delegates to the next meeting to be held on 7 May at Meltham Town Council.

12.  RDPE Funding Application
To receive an update on the RDPE funding application.
