To receive the minutes of the meeting held on 22 January 2008 (previously circulated)
5. West Yorkshire Pension Fund
To approve the new employer’s contribution rate to the WYPF
6. Insurance Renewal
To approve the renewal of insurance
7 Risk Assessment
To approve risk assessment for 2008/9 (enclosed) and to discuss purchase of specialised software designed for Parish and Town Councils to identify and score local risks at a cost of £75.00 +VAT.
8 Audit matters
8.1 Internal Audit: To discuss preparations for internal audit, approve Internal Audit Effectiveness Form (enclosed) and note forthcoming meeting with Internal Auditor
8.2 External Audit: To note that the Audit Commission has again appointed Mazars as our external auditor
9. Orders for Payment
To authorise the signing of orders for payment
