To give consideration to making a submission to the Department for Communities and Local Government consultation on the Code of Conduct. This item is deferred from the previous meeting and members are asked to bring the related documentation which was circulated with the November agenda.

In accordance with the recommendation from the Finance & General Purposes Committee (Min. 840 18.11.08) to discuss the purpose of the green parish initiative which was included in the budget for this year.
