Council Meetings

The Full Council meets on the first Tuesday of every month (except May and August).   All meetings are held in the Council Chamber at the Council Offices in Skelmanthorpe starting at 7pm unless otherwise stated (see agenda). 

Public Discussion Time
All Council and Committee meetings are open to the public.   At the beginning of each meeting 15 minutes, in total, is set aside to allow members of the public to raise issues or queries on matters relevant to the work of the Council.  Members of the public are not allowed to speak during any other part of the meeting.

Meeting Agendas and Minutes
The meeting schedule, agendas, and meeting minutes will be published regularly here as they become available.   Each set of minutes will be published after the following meeting has occurred, so allowing them to be ratified by the council before becoming public.
