Andrew Stimson is a member of the Green Party. He has been married for 34 years and has one daughter who is also involved in green politics in London. He is a qualified engineer and taught for 24 years, mainly children with severe learning difficulties. He is currently employed in the furniture industry. He was a founder member of Southend-on-Sea Green Party in the early 1980s.
