ANNUAL ASSEMBLY TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, 6 MAY 2008 IN THE CIVIC CHAMBER, COUNCIL OFFICES, SKELMANTHORPE AT 7PM

BUSINESS

1. To approve, if agreed, the minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting held on 25 April 2007

2. Business arising from those minutes

3. To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council

4. To receive the Annual Report of the Parish Council’s School Governors

5. To receive the observations of the District Councillors

6. To receive statements and reports from representatives of those voluntary organisations within the Parish whose membership includes official representatives of the Council

7. To consider any other resolution of which 14 clear days written notice has been given
