 Grant application : To consider application from Penistone Line Partnership for grant of £145 towards cost of interpretation panel at Denby Dale Station (enclosed)
 Review of Effectiveness of Internal Audit: To approve the review of effectiveness of the internal audit as recommended by the Finance & General Purposes Committee
 Purchase of telephone kiosks: To approve signing of agreement for the purchase of telephone kiosks in Upper Denby and Lower Cumberworth at a cost of £2.
 Budget outturn: To discuss budget outturn to 30 June 2010 (enclosed)
 Orders for Payment: To approve Orders for Payment Nos 517 and 518.
