12. Power of Well Being for Local Councils To give consideration to the offer of training for councillors in the use of the power of well being in accordance with the email from the YLCA (enclosed)
13. Closure of Chemist in Denby Dale To discuss the proposed closure of the chemist in Denby Dale.
14. Wood Street/Huddersfield Road Junction Proposal To discuss copy correspondence from the Skelmanthorpe Community Action Group to Joe Malik of Kirklees Highways Department concerning the proposal agreed between the Parish Council and Kirklees Council (Minute 710 September 2008) (enclosed)
15. Newsletter To approve the latest newsletter and associated costs to be tabled at meeting.
16. Local Development Framework Consultation To give consideration to making a submission to the Local Development Framework consultation, though noting that the deadline for receipt of submissions is 3 April 2009. (consultation document enclosed)
17. Working Party on Public Transport To receive an update report from the working party.
18. Denby Dale/Kirkburton LIG To receive an update report from Cllr Brook.
19. Parish Plan 19.1 Update: To receive an update report from Cllr Allen. 19.2 Parish Plan Sub Group: To appoint a sub group to further the parish plan.
