20.1 Broadband Feasibility Study: To discuss request from Denby Dale Area Committee for a contribution towards the £3000 cost of the broadband feasibility study (see attached letter)
20.2 Skelmanthorpe Youth and Community Association: To discuss requests from the SYCO for a grant of £4,450 towards the costs of the completion of the car park (see attached letter)
20.3 Budget Outturn: To discuss the budget outturn to 31 October 2009 (to be tabled at meeting)
20.4 Orders for Payment: To approve Orders for Payment No. 503
21. December Council Meeting
21.1 To give consideration to setting aside an agenda item at each Council meeting to enable a Ward Councillor to make a report to the Council of Kirklees Council activities relevant to the Parish Council.
