In the event that the Extraordinary Meeting of the Finance & General Purposes Committee is inquorate, members will be invited to consider granting a short term loan of £30,000 to the Denby Dale Walkers are Welcome Group in accordance with the attached letter from the Treasurer, Cllr Richard Brook. The Parish Council has been invited by Denby Dale Nursery to nominate a community governor to replace Robert Allen.
