6.1 To approve the renewal of insurance with Zurich Municipal (clerk to report)
6.2 To review risk assessment (to be tabled at meeting)
6.3 To adopt revised Financial Regulations (enclosed)
6.4 To review the Council’s investment policy (clerk to report)
7. Newsletter
To give consideration to incurring expenditure in connection with the printing and distribution of the latest newsletter. (Details to be tabled at meeting)
8. Application by Birdsedge Village Hall for Funding
To give consideration to increasing the grant approved by the Council Meeting of 3 March to the Birdsedge Village Hall.
9. Salary Issues
To approve the new employer’s contribution rate to the West Yorkshire Pension Fund and the implementation of the final 2008 national salary award for local council clerks (see enclosed report)
10. Orders for Payment
To authorise the signing of orders for payment No.490.
