1453 Agenda
The Clerk reported that the Chair had tendered his apologies and that in view of this, it would be advisable to bring forward item 6 Election of Vice Chair to the beginning of the agenda.
RESOLVED that item 6 Election of Vice Chair be brought forward to the beginning of the agenda.
1454 Election of Vice Chair
It was proposed by Cllr Simpson and seconded by Cllr Purkiss that Cllr Waites be nominated as Vice Chair. In the absence of any other names being put forward, it was
RESOLVED that Cllr Waites be elected as Vice Chair.
1455 Declarations of Councillors’ Interests
Cllr Waites declared a personal interest in Item 7 Planning Application No. 2009/62/93294

There were no members of the public in attendance
1457 Apologies for Absence
Reasons for absence were submitted by Cllrs Buyer, Sigsworth and Wilson.
RESOLVED that the reasons for absence submitted by all these Councillors be accepted as valid.

RESOLVED that there were no items requiring the exclusion of the press and public.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 24 November 2009 be received.
